Customer Care Officers:
You should be a graduate or diploma holder (minimum 3 year diploma program) and must have hands on experience of computers and internet browsing besides having a temperament for handling customers. Those who have excellent selling-skills will be preferred. If you can match our expectations, we can match your ambitions.

Technical Support Officers:
You will be instrumental in providing first level technical support to our customers. You should be a graduate or diploma holder (minimum 3 year diploma program) with 0-3 years of work experience. Those with a diploma in computers from a reputed training institute will be preferred. You should be internet savvy with an aptitude for trouble shooting and a temperament for handling customers with care.
