Voice & Accent - Coach and Skills Trainer:
- Fresher, or Voice & Accent Coach/ Trainer with up to 5 years of experience in a reputed international call center/ field of education/ hospitality industry
- Graduate
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinking skills
- Passion for learning
Executive - Customer Service:
- Good listening and comprehension skills
- Customer Service orientation
- Empathy, congeniality and patience
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
All positions require fluency in English, working knowledge of computers and flexibility to work in shifts.
