1. Project Managers (Code: PM C0306)
Qualification: First class BE/BTech
Experience: At least 6 years in the IT industry, with at least 3 full lifecycle projects completed. Should have a sound knowledge of software engineering and quality management principles and practices. Should possess a customer handling and employee interaction skills. Should be well versed in project management tools.

2. Software Architects (Code: SA C0306)
Qualification: First class BE/BTech
Experience: At least 6 years in the IT industry, with at least 3 full lifecycle projects completed. Should have sound analytical, design, and programming skills. Should be able to translate customer requirements into technical requirements, estimate, and provide solutions. Should have a sound knowledge of software engineering and quality management.

3. Technical Leads (Code: TL C0306)
Qualification: First class BE/BTech
Experience: At least 4 years in the software development, with experience in entire lifecycle. Should be fluent in usage of C/C++ on Windows, UNIX and/or embedded environments. Should be able to oversee the design, code, integrate and test stages. Should have a good knowledge of software engineering and quality management principles and practices. Experience in telecom, GSM or GPRS domains is desirable.

4. Team Members Development (Code: DEV C0306)
Qualification: First class BE/BTech
Experience: Should process sound programming and analytical skills in telecom and embedded domains with - At least 2 years of experience in C/C++ on Windows (WIN32, MFC, SDK)
- At least 2 years of experience in C/C++ on UNIX
- At least 2 years in C# on .NET
- At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2ME

5. Senior Technical Writers (Code: STW C0306)
Qualification: First class graduates, post graduates in any discipline
Experience: Candidates with at least 4 years of experience in creating technical documents. product presentations and related material are preferred. Should have very good written communication skills. Candidates should have experience in tools such as Word, FrameMaker, HTML Help, RoboHelp and image manipulation tools. Should possess good aptitude to grasp new technologies. Knowledge of a foreign language is desirable. Candidates with strong English language skills and at least 4 years of experience in technical nature can also be considered.

6. Technical Writers (Code: TW C0306)
Qualification: First class graduates, post graduates in any discipline
Experience: Candidates with at least 2years of experience in creating technical documents. product presentations and related material are preferred. - Operating systems UNIX and/or Windows
Responsibilities include organizing, conducting, and evaluating training programmes, preparing training materials, and evaluating trainee performance.
